Not to go too far off-topic, but I just watched an episode of that last night. I'm still not sure that I actually saw what I thought I saw!

Oliver! loses the music-and-effects track from the Blu-ray but gains a commentary. Hmmmm… That's what impresses me. This needs to be standard operating procedure for all such situations.
