Well, I guess it really boils down to how you feel about one movie "ripping-off" another. For me, it's all about the execution. Some criticize QT for completely lacking originality in all of his films (esp Kill Bill), but his execution is flawless (IMO of course). I'm so interested by his films...

BTW, I also really missed Gloria Foster. It's a shame that I didn't appreciate her as much as I should have when she was still around. Her performances in M1 and M2 are two of the most memorable in the trilogy.

Thomas, No, you weren't the only one who heard Smith refer to the Oracle as Mom. I assumed that it was a reference to her being the "Mother" of the Matrix (as the Architect puts it: "If I am the father...she is the mother..."). It could definitely have more depth than that, I just haven't been...
