I think NBC is kind of in a corner with The Playboy Club. It was only slated for half a season to start with; they plan to put Smash there at midseason, so it may stay there just for lack of anything else to put there at the moment.
For me: Monday - Castle Tuesday - Glee, NCIS, Body of Proof Wednesday - Modern Family, Happy Endings Thursday - Persons of Interest, The Office, The Mentalist Friday - Bones, A Gifted Man, Fringe, Supernatural Sunday - The Good Wife I'll likely sample additionally The Playboy...
I will only be watching The Good Wife from Time-Warner's HD On Demand until football season is over. It is impossible to program a DVR for any of CBS' Sunday programming during NFL season.

I think I understand their thinking. They saw what kind of ratings it was getting after The Big Bang Theory and had some shows on the bench they wanted to test run behind it, so they went ahead and ran through their entire slate of episodes for the show. Then, Rules of Engagement has done OK...
Thanks for the info on Fox. I hate to lose Lie to Me, but I'm not surprised. As for NBC, they might as well have a bloodbath. Apart from NFL football, reality shows, Law & Order: SVU, and a couple of notable sitcoms (and even they don't garner high ratings), NBC doesn't have much that's...
