I guess you're right, although the dark meat seems tastier to me.

It's not the premium meat, it's just a larger piece with MORE meat on it. I prefer thigh, it's my favorite piece. I really like legs and wings, too... but I usually end up giving most of the breast to the cat. Like Felix said, it's usually kinda dry.
