Good points. I want to wait until the petition has "grown" a little first, I believe the more signatures, the bigger the chance of more people signing. Without more signatures there is a risk that people will pass it by for a small, useless petition. Still just roughly 150 signatures - a bit...

Good arguments. I have no problems whatsoever with the movie being split on two discs. I indeed hope they will consider this. With only one disc - although nice in a way - it would be too much of a sacrifice. Me too was deeply dissapointed when I heard of Pearl Harbor being split in two - but...

I would prefer Paramount to release two versions, one "movie-only" (2 discs) and the special edition (4-5 discs) :) That way the money is spent on the people that are willing to pay for the supplementals.

Anthony: The object of the petition is clearly not to convince Paramount to release an SE of the movie, it is an attempt to convince them not to screw the release up. I think it is almost certain that they will do an Special Edition, question is how special it will be, and I want it to be pretty...
