    Did I go to far?

Well I went back to Bestbuy and I didn't even really think about the widescreenadvocate cards that I had placed in the DVD section last week, I sure didn't think they would still be there. To my total surprise they were still there. I had placed 3 in different locations and 8 days later they are...

Jeremy, That would be the ideal situation and its too bad stores don't do this. This is another reason I like the business cards at widescreenadvocate, it clearly shows both samples of a scene from the Mummy. I still think a nicely designed widescreenadvocate.com T-shirt could be very effective.

Im a reasonable person and I agree the ideal solution will be to get approval first off. So, thats what i will attempt to do. I will call around to some of the bigger chains and explain our common concerns with lack of information and explain I have some material that may help the customer make...

    Did I go to far?

Im not telling them not to buy, just giving them information so they can make the purchase with total understanding....why is this so difficult? Martin, I was trying to be funny, I didnt want to harm anyone or make someone loose their job.

    Did I go to far?

DaViD Boulet, I think its a good idea. My first plan was to tape the Widescreenadvocate brochure in the middle of the Walmart DVD selection but the wife put a stop to it. I just think this information should be available anyway. People spend alot of hard earned money on DVD's and they should...

    Did I go to far?

There seems to be some objection to what information is on these business cards. Maybe we can give Eric M Jones from Widescreen Advocate some ideas on what might work best. Yes Ian maybe they should say "FULL SCREEN VERSION" since this is the term Hollywood is using on the fullscreen dvd cases.

    Did I go to far?

Let me add that I printed out these cards with the intention of using them for 1on1 encounters. I was at BB when I noticed that there was a gap that one of those cards would fit perfect. I couldnt help myself...I admit the t-shirt may be going to far but come on. I just was frustrated when I saw...

    Did I go to far?

I printed out some of those business cards at widescreenadvocate.com and went to BestBuy. At my location the movies have a clear strip of plastic that holds them in place and they also put the price information here. Well, I slipped some of those business cards in behind the plastic strips in...
