That's what I was saying. The employee should sue the customer. The employee may have lost a finger, but hopefully the customer will lose his ass (in court). ;)

Doesn't the employee claim ownership to the finger? I would file suit against the customer for theft.

That's why I wish we brought back some barbaric justice to America. Perhaps tying her to the Wendy's sign and having that franchise sell chili to customers who then get to throw it at her. Sorry to bring it up again, but this is what I was talking about that "Fast Food Nation" book being way too influential. That book makes too many people believe stories like this.

Because crime IS stupid. If they were smart, they'd be doing something else better with their time. You have to be dumb to think a crime is something you can get away with.
