Now, this is interesting. It seems that someone is actually auctioning the first Ed Wood DVD to be recalled! This is the one without the commentary or deleted scenes, and the same cover art as the VHS. I don't know if linking to eBay is kosher, but here goes...

Hmmm, for being such a "rare" disc, there sure are one heck of a lot of them out there!! Not to sound like the amaizing Criswell or anything, but... I predict, the bottom of this Ed Wood DVD market will fall out pretty soon. There are more than 100 on eBay right now, and at least 8 of them...

DING DING DING!!! I think we have a winner folks. When I saw the easter egg deleted scene, I was quite suprised to hear the phrase "those bastards over at Universal" in a film from a rival studio. Maybe those bastards over at Universal didn't like being called "those bastards over at Universal"...
