The show limped to its finale this season. Kate's keeping the job offer from Castle was pure soap opera stuff. Enjoyed the father/son episode - its the only one that actually sticks in mind. Even if it wasn't for Filion......

The show is so much better when the characters are directly involved in the storyline. And these last two episodes drive home again how wasted Nathan Fillion is doing this series. He belongs in something with a lot more meat to it.
