Maybe I'm a real hard ass but when loaning a 4 wheeler to go tear-assing around the woods, isn't there a certain amount of risk that the thing will get wreck to be assumed? He did not have insurance on the thing, he really should offer to pay for half the damages IMO. I'm certain some would...
