On the subject of episodes that are re-broadcasts, on the DVD's of seasons 1-12, there appear to be a total of about 12 episodes that are re-broadcast versions. The episode Road Race from season 6 is not indicated as a re-broadcast version on the DVD set but I believe it is a re-broadcast.

I believe the Road Race episode from season 6 is also a rebroadcast version although it isn't indicated as such on the season 6 DVD set. I don't like the rebroadcast versions, they are condensed/edited versions of the original airings. But I imagine in some instances it couldn't be avoided...

I'm the one who commented, while I'm not at all happy with the way MPI formatted these DVD's because I also view on a 4:3 screen, I decided to continue buying the seasons anyway because the episode content is too good to pass up. I have everything up to season 10 and waiting for seasons 11-14...

Thanks to Neal Rose for making the contact with MPI, the information received sounds encouraging.

I'll continue waiting to see if all 14 seasons and all 435 episodes get released on DVD complete and uncut. That's what I want, I won't settle for anything less, these "best of" collections with selected episodes only are not for me. I'm a completist and I want everything. LOL.

I prefer 1960's TV over 1950's TV, although the 50's does have it's share of good shows too. The one thing I don't care for much is westerns as I've never really been a fan of westerns although my movie serial collection has several titles that are westerns. You Tube has some Ozzie & Harriet...
