This is an organization which still can't get it's registers to automatically give you the sale price on an ADVERTIZED sale! That won't price match THEIR OWN internet prices on a store sale! I would say I am amazed that they survived, while Circuit City died, but CC was even MORE incompetent...

I did do that, and they told me to return it to Best Buy, where they would not require a receipt. But Best Buy had no idea that this was happening at all.

Confirm all you want. I brought mine to Best Buy yesterday, and they had heard absolutely nothing about it, demanded a receipt, and almost didn't exchange it anyway.
