I was interested in the first 3 films. That review is for films 5-7.

The regular blurays of the first films are not good by today's standards, and I was hoping the new ones were new 4k scans. :(

So, has anybody bought this? https://www.amazon.com/Harry-Potter-8-Film-Collection-4K-Blu-ray/dp/B075W1LFWP Do the blurays of the first movies come from new scans? Or are they the exact same with the old ones?

Great news. I waited for the Harry Potter films to be released from new 4K scans. (i'm interested only in the first 3). But... I hope those regular Blurays are indeed from the 4K scans too and aren't the previous transfers!:unsure:
