I know the show is not really designed to hold up to close scrutiny, but during the exposition scene where Malcolm is telling everyone how he secretly inoculated them from the alpha/omega virus, I kept waiting for someone to ask: "So why did we all fall unconscious?"

It's interesting that they introduced on The Flash the same week that they introduced Lazarus Pits on Arrow. Both devices will have to be used very carefully to avoid completely deflating the dramatic stakes.
