Advice on dealing with retailer on trying to get a TV returned for exchange
Good luck with your return to store. I too have had a screen panel replaced at home - they came with a table, which when set up had the right sized 'frame' to support the set whilst releasing the panel. Your servicing experience on the sofa does not sound good.- KeithDA
