I have Blu-ray SteelBooks for Coco and Cars 3. Don't recall offhand if they were from Best Buy or another retailer.
Or were you referring specifically to UHD?
For supplements, probably not much. But both those titles (as well as most of the Blu-ray editions of classic Disney animation) were heavily scrubbed of film grain, to the point of losing actual line detail in the animation. I would love to see new masters scanned from original film elements...
