Is this really a punch? Tampa seems to have been in more brawls with Sox than winning games since they've come into existence. I still don't understand the signing of Tavares and his choking/psycho history.

I think Lowell pulled a groin for 21 days or more today... Youkilis headed for 3rd and Hee-Seop Choi to 1st?

Papelbon now cannot start. He is needed badly in the inept bullpen. That's why I can't stand this trade. Getting rid of Clement who can't pitch in the pen was a possible "OK" move. Losing the flexibility of of Arroyo is not a step in the right direction for the team or career of Papelbon.

Why wasn't waste of space Nixon on the trading block? Another player lost and another roster spot wasted because that overpaid stiff can't run, play D, or hit lefties. It's time they find a real RF!!! Now the only rubber arm they have out of the pen is Wakes? Bad trade.

If you purchased Gameday Audio or MLB.tv, they will be charging you again soon. Apparently, even some cable/sat operators that you bought InDemand Extra Innings packages for last year will re-up as well. All MLB.com's are a definite, yes.

Warning: MLB.com will be automatically re-billing you for every service you bought last year. [email protected] If you changed emails and/or credit card expired and/or you don't want it, this is a heads up. Sincerely, FU Selig They claimed "Mid March" for the charge...

He can't provide that evidence to sue them just as they can't provide theirs. That's why there are so many of these types of books. They never claim anything is true, they just say a source says... Jose Canseco is an idiot, it was a blanant gimmick, and there will always be some truth to...

Did I mention that I don't care if Manny doesn't show up until the first pitch he has to face in the regular season? :D As long as the guy's on the team I'm A-OK with Manny being Manny. Let the guys that actually need to practice get some extra coaching and playing time. ;) Trot Nixon needs that...

There's a move to eliminate "Yankee$" named LL and Babe Ruth teams in NE and replace them with "Spinners" moniker from the localish minor league team. I'm sure glad I didn't have to demand a trade, move, or hold out for a few years. :D The Yankee$ sucked bigtime back then too so it wasn't an...

Trading Marte for Crisp just doesn't equate in my mind even with the question of injury. They're paying tons for Edgar and the "promise" of Marte. However, Marte should have brought a player on par with Juan Pierre. Crisp is not much better than Nixon ever thought he was. Pairing the two in the...

It's all relative. He tossed me a foul ball hit by his Dad while both were with Seattle. They both signed it later too. :D He's been stuck in Cincy for too long and Torii Hunter/Andruw Jones are hitting the market soon. They need Marte at 3B when Lowell is gone.

Still not liking that deal. I'd rather Griffey for a year and then get a real CF. Crisp is not worth this at all. The last thing they need is another RP and another C back.

Not even close. Even if he put up numbers = to Pedro, he doesn't have any appeal whatsoever to fans so there's not really a draw in attendance home/away or memorabilia.
