Take with a boulder of salt, but it seems I read somewhere that some experts thought it would be good to get a booster consisting of the other vaccine. I.E. you got Pfizer, get a booster of Moderna.

When I got my shot I had to provide insurance info even though the shot was free. Are the powers that be still asking for insurance? “No brain probe.” I like that. I once knew a guy so stupid, if brains were dynamite, he couldn’t blow his nose. :lol:

I wish they’d approve them for people who would be shit-out-of-luck if they caught covid. I have one fully operating lung, COPD, asthma. I’d be in big trouble if I caught it.

I know people have mentioned keeping their vaccination card on their phones, but has anybody had the occasion to use the phone as proof of vaccination? If so, how did it go? I just used my iphone to take a pic, and put it into the Notes app, then I pinned it to the top so it’s easy to find.

If I do it, get a third shot like it’s my first. Do you have a source?

Most are not afraid of the vaccines. They just don’t think covid is a big deal or they think it’s an outright hoax.

I’d gather as man facts about the dangers of covid and the benefits (and risks) of the vaccine. Weigh them against each other in a logical way. Don’t say “you’re wrong”, say “I get it that you have concerns but maybe these facts will alleviate your concerns.” Aren’t we coming up on a time...

I understand your position, but I don’t understand hers. I don’t believe she truly understands the risks, if she did, she’d get vaccinated. No offense, but you’re between a rock and a hard place.

I’m trying to setup a lunch with friends in our house. All of us have been vaccinated but one. He had covid in January 2020. I don’t know why he hasn’t got the shot. So I’m wondering if it’s safe for him to come. Thoughts?

One of my doctors said that eventually, they’ll want to do booster shots. He said vaccines for corona viruses in general, don’t last a year.

I had my second Pfizer shot yesterday. No reaction. That pleased me.

Considering the advances in the science of vaccines, you’d think there’d be a vaccine for the common cold. I’d sure take it.

Even when my wife completes her shots (and we don’t know when that will happen) we plan on not going into stores, wearing masks, and social distancing. The new variants are more contagious and may be more deadly. Dr. Fauci has said one of the variants will be the dominant covid virus sometime...

How did they manage that? Are all eligible?

He should use safe behavior until this pandemic is over, particularly in light of these new, deadlier variants. That situation was already bad enough. Pfizer is already working on a booster for the variant. What if covid keeps mutating and we end up playing a deadly whack-a-mole?

It might be difficult for the young guy to get the second dose since he’s not in the right group.
