The West Wing is coming to HBO Max? Does that mean it’s leaving Netflix? I wonder if WW will ever get a new transfer, a lot of it is visually too dark.
I wonder if they earn $$ for all revenue streams of the show? $20 mil each, for one year, for not lifting a finger in that year. Nice work if you can get it.
If I understand it correctly, if I get HBOMAX I get all of HBO plus more stuff. Correct? Are there movies on HBO that MAX won’t get? Or do I get all of HBO?
I went over to HBOMAX DOT COME and found this:
So I guess this means I have to cancel my xfinity HBO subscription and subscribe to HBO NOW directly with HBO. That seem right.
I pay for HBO via my provider, which has allowed me free access to HBO Now. I’ve looked at HNow as everything currently on HBO and a lot (if not all) of their archival material. That which they are not currently playing on HBO. If that is correct, I will cancel HBO and subscribe to HBO Max...
Although, maybe they’re adopting Amazon’s Prime model. Over the years the price has gone up, but the value has, IMHO, exceeded the price increases, particularly if you are a streamer.
The OP says older HBO content will be on this new HBO Max. Will the the older stuff still be available on HBO Go? If not that will suck. I’m on CBS AA, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. I’m maxed out.
