HAWAII's roadshow was shown in 70MM blow up in Philadelphia, and it was definitely mono.

Couldn't you have taken the general release version and inserted the missing road show scenes, even if they were in sd, and just blow up the image to match the HD ratio (kind of like the old LD of 1776). It wouldn't be perfect, but at least someone (like me), who is only interested in the...
