Amazon.fr is showing Elephant films releasing Easy Virtue, Downhill and The Lodger in October in France. They are also available in a boxset which also includes The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934) and The 39 Steps.
I strongly suspect a Blu-ray of the unrestored version (as per the current DVD iteration from Network - licensed from ITV - in the UK). The Spanish label is Divisa HV; the logo on the cover indicates the sources of their transfer.

Network released this boxset a while back, all licensed from ITV Global. I'd like to think the whole box would come again in Blu, but it's highly unlikely.
The BFI is well on with their Hitchcock restorations, but only for theatrical screenings as yet (they don't hold the home video rights). There's no indication when - or even if - they will appear on BD.
I'm aware and you have misread. My point is precisely this; Lifeboat has been released in the UK under license to Eureka/MoC and not by Fox directly - therefore I'm not entirely sure that it will be released by Fox in the US.
