Fox has posted the redemption form for 'Frontier Marshall' here: Fox Studio Classics Two points; a shame, as there is no proof of purchase required, that this will almost certainly be abused. And secondly, it doesn't look to be open to those of us outside the US who ponied up for the set...

BTW, Dave Kehr says: '...the transfer of “Drums Along the Mohawk” in the Ford box is indeed from new Film Foundation restoration. I don’t know what laboratory magic they worked to get around the loss of the original elements, but it looks very, very good.'
