Both - but I'll go with Road to Perdition The Fly I suspect both will be classics in 50 years but since I hate Gump - The Right Stuff Both again but I'll go with 48 Hrs.
Do the Right Thing Driving Miss Daisy - though I like Scrooged much more abstain Scarface - freakin' easily. I'm not even taking the "Rap" culture into account. The dialog from this film has made it into the pop culture vernacular. Election was forgettable to me.
The Shawshank Redemption - though I like TDB more Die Hard - easily Shakespeare in Love - It's Oscar will give it notice in the future. Se7en - Darko might be remembered as a cult film at best.
Not only do I hate TCOLC but I think Stand By Me has a better chance. :) neither - but I do like The Commitments Sling Blade - though I like Contact more The Sixth Sense - maybe neither
neither - but I did like both Casino Neither - Voyage Home is not aging well & I'll spare everyone my diatribe on the vile Cast Away. abstain - no CMIYC
This is Spinal Tap - Blood Simple is the better film though Blue Velvet - don't care for either film but this might be a classic in 50 years Terminator 2: Judgment Day The Terminator
abstain - no BE abstain - BHD has a good chance despite the naysayers around here. Blade Runner - Already is an established classic. I'm sure Red will become one although I'm not all that crazy about it. abstain - If The Blair Witch Project becomes a classic I'll eat my shoes. :D
