Yes in Kentucky, beer and wine is also sold in grocery stores. Seems that there are separate stores for liquor here.

Yes the Milli Vanilli issue- they had Grammy awards taken from them, and I think the one album they made is no longer in print because they got imposters to sing. I doubt they would even be punished or shamed today.
