Can anyone suggest a medicine/treatment for mouth ulcers?

Can anyone suggest a medicine/treatment for mouth ulcers?
Rinse 3-4 times a day with heavily salted water. This is the only "cure" for cankers I have ever found that even remotely works. Luckily, I don't get them that often (every 2-3 years).- Jeff Gatie
