Lots of Trek on sale in iTunes...
ST: Picard Complete Series ($24.99)
Lower Decks Season 4 ($14.99)
Strange New Worlds Season 2 ($9.99)
The Next Generation Complete Series ($49.99)
The Original Series ($29.99)
Discovery Seasons 1-4 ($39.99)
Voyager Complete Series ($39.99)
Deep Space Nine...
A few $4.99 titles I'm considering at iTunes: Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse, Bros, Jeffrey, An Officer and a Gentleman, West Side Story (original and remake), Leatherheads, Escape from Alcatraz, James and the Giant Peach, Rudy.
Also a good amount of Batman TV is "on sale" at iTunes including Batman 66, Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond and The Batman...all of which are complete series sets.
I picked up more titles than I should have (all at $4.99). Oh well...the husband is starting school again this week and I'll have a lot of alone time. (Yes, I have a weird taste in movies...)
Back to the Future II (upgrade)
2012
Cool Runnings
Ghostbusters II
Robocop 2014
Chronicles of Riddick...
ER has never been a show I clamored to buy and have...but $19.99 for 15 seasons? Yeah, I can very easily justify whatever it comes down to per episode. Something like $0.06?
Dune (2021) on iTunes for $4.99. I've never seen anything Dune related and missed this movie in the theater. At $5, I'm willing to risk not liking it...
To get back on topic, I grabbed the classic He-Man and She-Ra Complete Series sets for $9.99 each, along with Farscape Complete Series (with Peacekeeper Wars) for $19.99
He-Man and She-Ra are both SD.
I’ll tell you this: I have bought Smallville, West Wing, Babylon 5, Mad Men and Justice League Unlimited complete seasons this year.
When I click on their icons and go to seasons, I get ten seasons of Smallville with their icons plus the complete series icon. The complete series has purchased...
Hold up. I've checked this a few dozen times and I'm not seeing what you claim is there.
If I buy a Complete Series from iTunes (Babylon 5, for example) and go into the TV Shows iTunes app on the ATV, I have three options: Play, Seasons and Favorites. If I click on Seasons, I go to a new page...
If anyone's interested, a lot of the former Disney+ originals which were added to iTunes a few weeks ago dropped from $19.99 to $9.99: Star Girl, Hollywood Stargirl, Timmy Failure, Artemis Fowl, Crater, The One and Only Ivan, Cheaper By the Dozen, Better Nate Than Ever.
Homeward Bound II is...
Last night, I did some buying...Friday the 13th (2009 Theatrical and 2009 Killer Cut), Mickey & Minnie Shorts, Mickey & Friends Shorts, Haunted Mansion (2003) and Nightmare Before Christmas. The latter four were all $7.99, which isn't crazy cheap, but cheap enough for me.
Several formerly Disney+ movies have found their way onto iTunes: Crater, Flora & Ulysees, Cheaper by the Dozen, Better Nate Than Ever and The One and Only Ivan. Those are the ones I've found so far.
Looks like Star Trek: TOS and the Berman-era shows are all on sale on iTunes.
TOS doesn't include "The Cage"; TNG splits both "Encounter at Farpoint" and "All Good Things..." into two parts (vs. the original televised 1 part); DS9 is in SD and also splits "Emissary", "The Way of the Warrior"...
Yeah, I did a much bigger than normal haul today...27 total titles, I think. A mix of vintage Disney titles and finished out the Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th sets. And a few "just because" titles like Love is Strange and The Relic.
I did too...I thought five seasons plus The Gathering was a good deal at $39.99.
It's an even better deal at $19.99.
I win some and I lose some... :rolling-smiley:
Pulled the trigger on a few things late last night on iTunes before the new sale week appeared.
Despicable Me ($7.99)
Minions ($7.99)
Black Adam ($7.99)
Dinosaur ($4.99)
Mars Needs Moms ($4.99)
TMNT ($4.99)
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs ($4.99)
Godzilla: King of the Monsters ($7.99)
I'll...
Upgraded Interstellar from HD to 4k and grabbed The Hundred-Foot Journey, The Last Starfighter, Muppets from Space, Jason X, Dragonslayer and Babylon 5: The Complete Series.
I don't buy a lot of TV shows on iTunes, so something surprised me. Wehn I went into the iTunes TV Show app, I found the...
Dang...lots and lots of stuff that piques my interest this week: Dragonslayer (back to $4.99), Muppets from Space, Interstellar, Jason X, the Riddick movies, Last Starfighter, The Phantom, Robocop 2014...
I actually didn't pick it up last week. :emoji_sweat_smile: Probably a good thing and I saved $10 if I get it now. :)
I did pick up Pleasantville, Justice League Unlimited, Lonesome ($1.99), In the Line of Fire ($4.99), Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves Extended Cut ($4.99) and The Negotiator...
