No, they're all available on the same menu, regardless of which 'theme' you choose. And technically, there are 23 deleted scenes (or 12) if you count the two easter eggs. But isn't Region 1 the only release that isn't 2 disc? If so, that seems a little odd. I know they want to double-dip, but...
