To Kill a Mockingbird on blu-ray was a lightning deal for $7.99 -- unfortunately I missed it -- although since it was $11.99 yesterday, that's really not a tremendous price cut anyway. On Black Friday I've found good movies for $3 or $4...not so much today. Oh well.

The Lord of the Rings extended box is $27.99 today, which is a solid price for that set...but I realized I never watch the DVDs anymore and don't remember the last time I put them in, so I'm not sure if there is really value in upgrading it.
