Just FYI, "Fantasy Island" happens to be a title that is of great interest to me. If all of a sudden, Sony is suddenly releasing the same thing Shout is doing then I think it's sloppy on Shout's part to not know the status of their rights with the title and how this is going to play out...

Even if it isn't his job to run the message board, the company that puts it up should have enough care to delegate that responsibility to someone. Which of course still wouldn't explain the statements about releases that turned out to be not true or were misleading in the extreme.

I'm only speculating on the idea of a falling out but there's a good circumstantial case. Notice that there hasn't been a single new Sony title announcement from Shout for well over several months.
This, I don't understand at all. Why would Sony choose to release the same Season that just came out from Shout in their MOD program? I could understand them deciding to take back the title and then do S3, but why do S2 all over?
