Well, I just hate to see people not get the best bang for their buck (no matter how limited that buck may be). If you purchase it make sure Best Buy will allow you to return it if you decide it's not up to the task ;)

I'd go for the Dayton 10" 100 watt powered subwoofer from Parts Express: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshow...=300-632&DID=7 It's essentially the definitive "budget" sub. Don't let the price fool you. You're going to get way more out of this sub than you might think :)
