My 28" Sony widescreen tv has seen constant use in 4:3 and widescreen modes for the last three years - and not a hint of screenburn. If it's in 4:3, it stays in 4:3, as any stretching of the 4:3 image just looks too damn fake to me. So here's hoping the R2 Malcom in the Middle set is in 16:9...
