Bakshi's LOTR? That was so long ago I've almost forgot! :D As for ST IV, it's probably the only movie where Rosenman's style fits in, and I'd rate that one third for ST scores, with ST I by Jerry Goldsmith being first, and ST VI by Cliff Eidelman being a very close second.
