If WB did take out ads stating that these cartoons were uncut then that does make them liars. The legal term would be fraud and false advertising. If I had bought them on this basis, I'd have been in an attorney's office.

It seems that Warner's response to the cut episodes were to say screw you. If they took out ads claiming the episodes were uncut then Warner is guilty of fraud and false advertising. If it had been me, I would demand a refund, a corrected disc, or a court date. This is a open and shut case...
