Weinstein Company signs exclusive rental deal with Blockbuster. BAD IDEA.
Aaron, Are you sure about the First Sale Doctrine rule? One of the articles I read last night online (probably USA Today or Entertainment Weekly) mentioned that this was a way to circumvent the exclusive deal. I could POSSIBLY see independent stores doing it, but I don't think NetFlix will.- EricSchulz
