I beg to differ. As a dedicated WAC consumer, I expect them to stand behind their product and exhibit full transparency. They don't even have a customer service presence. The Criterion Collection has set a excellent example of how to do business.

Maybe WAC can follow their example.

With all of their phenomenal and abundant new releases, you think they would try to make good on the defective one from way back.
