    I might have had something set up wrong but Star Wars 3 wasn't auto detected by my reciever as DD:EX. I had to set it manually.

    I just got the new Widescreen Review and they also mention that Paramount is confirming DDEX on Star Trek VI. I guess I'm going to eat some crow. Way to go Paramount!

    I think DVDFile's review of Star Trek VI specifically states that you should not turn on EX encoding because it will collapse the surrounds to the center. I'm skeptical about those "confirmations".

    Not sure it was mentioned but Punch Drunk Love (like Minority Report, I think) is flagged for DD-EX but not DTS-ES. Doug
