Guilty or not, Ell should know better. On a related note, any lawyers out there? I hear there's a a thing being circulated around that's a consentual sex form. Can somebody explain to me how a document like that couldn't be held up in court?

Teams from the MAC beating up on C-USA. And what happens? Louisville goes to the Big East while Marshall, a MAC power, gest C-USA upgrade. The MAC will never get any respect, and I think teams like Miami Ohio and company are going to keep getting screwed with a Motor City Bowl Bid.

Take a big long look at the Big Ten logo. You see an eleven there. :)

Given KSU's style of offense and the kind of quarterbacks they use, why did they even bother having Schwinn on the roster? It's like trying to make mash potatoes without potatoes. :) But that's another story. A national champion in college football should not have two losses.

That logic is more sound than the BCS sadly. Even if KSU didn't have Ell Roberson, how in the world did they lose to Marshall? Keep in mind this is no knock against Marshall.

I still think a "hybrid" system is the best idea. Have an 8-team playoff with "smaller" bowls for the little guy. 7 games (4+2+1) for the "big" guys. I'm not aware of the logisitics behind such a thing, but I'd be hardpressed to find how 7 games cannot generate more money than the four...

How do the playoffs work in the other division? And besides money, why can't they apply that logic to D-I?

That's the problem though. The Bowl system gives money to a bunch of other teams as well. It's not just the BCS bowls, but the smaller bowls as well. Again, it's all about the money. Tradition? Yeah right.

I can honestly say I didn't see that one coming. But it does beg the question: was K State the only team that found out that Jason White was immobile? Man, I used to remember seeing some games with that guy where he could scramble.

Frank Solich got fired? Who in the world are they going to get to replace him? And last I checked, Nebraska isn't exactly the sexy program it once was.

The greatest rivalry in football is Oregon vs. Oregon State. THE CIVIL WAR!!! ;) Actually, they're all great. I watch them all. I love college football, but if I had to pick and choose what kind of football games I like, it's aggression on both sides of the ball. I love watching...

Well, my ABC affiliate is showing N.C. State vs. Maryland for whatever reasons. Ohio State is finally out of the picture. USC now has to count on LSU losing to secure the deal for the journey to the national title picture. Here's to watching the bottom of the T.V. to hear about Oklahoma.

I never thought I'd see Ty Detmer's record broken in my life time. That will all change come next Saturday. Next Saturday may be one of the greatest days of my life. I'll be done with three tests and easily coast to Turkey Day. That, and there's some great football to watch. :)

There's going to be offense galore in Oklahoma and Texax Tech. And Michigan/Ohio State is going to be the ugliest game I'll have ever seen. Ohio States great to watch on defense while I cringe and want to puke everytime I see the offense. On the other hand, Michigan has John Navarre.

The "Horseshoe", as my friend tells it, is one of the most magnificent stadiums he's ever been too. Before I die, I need to see a Ohio State Football game, a Michigan football game, and a UCLA football game. I left out Neyland because everybody says the seats there are shitty. :)

The team I feel sorry for the most is Marshall. They stay in the MAC for all these years for..... an entrance into Conference USA. That's just wonderful.

What's funny is that my best friend is a big OSU fan, and I know one of the long snappers on Michigan (Ross Mann). And my friends know the fullback from Michigan. I hear some interesting conversation pieces though. :)

The only thing Ohio State has in their favor is probably the one thing they don't have: John Cooper. Now that's an advantage. :)
