I had a bit of an identity theft issue when things first shut down due to the pandemic. In dealing with that added a credit monitoring alert with the credit agencies. That’s why they have to call me to confirm. Fortunately and surprisingly, they called a little bit ago and I’m now good to go.

Well, I decided to go with the upgrade program because of the leaks regarding next year’s phones. But I should’ve done it sooner. I forgot I have an extended fraud alert with the credit agencies. So I now have to wait for a call from Citizens One to confirm things which means I’m going to miss...
