    Garrett, Most "Western" music here in HK and PRC are often released as compilations. Unless you are a big fan of, for example The Carpenters, you will probably only know the hits only. So those hits get recycled over and over again....in Carpenters compilations or on multi-artists...

    Just arrived back in HK after 5 days in Guangzhou, China.... I visited 3 music stores in TeeMall in Guangzhou, and each of them carried a small selection of SACDs. Can't locate any DVD-A's. However, no Pink Floyd, Stones, Dylan, or any of the Western pop artists we normally talked about here...
