I think she figured the money would be enough for her and Sam to run away and start fresh somewhere. They could use the cash to seed this move and create new identities in a place where they'd get jobs...

I used to like/defend Bay. I enjoyed "The Rock" and "Armageddon" for what they were.
I liked half of "Pearl Harbor", but after that... not so much.

Didn't have that issue. It's probably related to problems removing the discs from those tight sleeves.
When I watched "Psycho", it wouldn't play at first because I'd left finger smudges on the disc. I wiped it and it worked fine.
