ST: TNG was leaps and bounds better than the 3rd season of The Orville. Having said that, I’ve found that even the worst episode of S:3 of The Orville is leaps and bounds better than any current Star Trek show so there’s that.
This episode also felt to me like a season finale. And I didn’t...
I was able to watch episode 8: Midnight Blue before bed yesterday.
It was a really good episode after you get through the first half-hour slog and the remarkably out of place .
Oh jeez, please don’t let it be another Klyden-focused episode. Those are as annoying as musical episodes or the times in Family Guy when Peter would hurt his knee and sit and make a painful noise for a good minute and a half just to make the viewer uncomfortable.
I think Episode 7 had more humor in it than the first six episodes this season combined. It still seemed to run 15-20 minutes too long but it was a great episode.
Just watched it. I didn’t find it disgusting or distasteful at all. This was probably the 2nd best episode this season and The Orville certainly handles time travel much better than Discovery or Picard.
Whoops. I thought you were talking about the previous episode then. I’ve been working out of state and didn’t realize the latest one had dropped. Sorry about that.
I’m really glad I decided to stick around and watched the last episode. Cmdr Grayson threatening to rip off Klyden’s arm and mount it on her wall was sexy AF. 😂
Another “meh” episode. So far, I’ve only liked one episode this season, however unlike any of the new Star Trek shows, I’ll still watch the episode because I actually connect with and care about most of the characters.
I’m glad I decided to watch episode 3. It was, by far, the best episode so far this season. The majority of the subtle humor is still missing and I’m really disappointed about Seth’s misguided decision to all but eliminate it but the episode itself was solid with pretty good writing. It felt...
While I thought S03E01 was ok, I didn’t love it or even really like it. The 68 minute runtime seemed more like 120 minutes and I actually split the episode over two nights. It just seemed to drag on forever. The writing was off from the previous two seasons and the jokes were basically...
