I too praise them (the Warners) for all they did over the years, be it movies and cartoons. Especially the Hanna-Barbera library. Had it been resold to another company other than Turner, who knows what would have happened to them now... ~Ben

Does anyone else think corporate shake-ups like these could spell death even for the HBO Max and Boomerang streaming services? Everyone here thinks that streaming services are killing off DVD releases. Well, they're wrong, because streaming services will eventually destroy themselves. Sure, HBO...

Same with the remainder of the Hanna-Barbera and Ruby-Spears cartoons yet to be out on DVD or streaming...just because they have no plans for these right now does not mean they won't be out on streaming or some form of home media in the future. ~Ben

Yes, and I believe that is part of the reason they still didn't get to the older H-B stuff I mentioned yet. Some need looking into in terms of condition of the original source materials, character rights (if Warner Bros. does not own them outright), and more. ~Ben

I would like to retract my earlier suggestion of boycotting the company, that I brought up over my concerns about the future of Hanna-Barbera on DVD and streaming; instead, I would like to present my statement in a more positive light by saying that until there are indeed future announcements...

I am worried they may let the Hanna-Barbera brand die out and the entire line on moratorium if things continue to get worse for WAC as they are. I feel that as Hanna-Barbera fans, we might consider boycotting Warner Bros. for years to come. ~Ben

I do hope they will not shut down Warner Archive, either. What would worry us more about them is if a fire broke out near them similar to the 2008 Universal Studios fire or the 1965 MGM Studios fire, or if WarnerMedia suddenly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. That said, I also hope for more...
