When I had my Wally Gator DVD set replaced two years ago, Sherri simply sent me a new one rather than me trying to send in what's bad. Even so, it took six months for the replacement to arrive at my door. ~Ben

Buy two or three copies, to test and make sure they all work right. ~Ben

I recently finished the whole of disc 2 and it too didn't skip a beat yet! ~Ben

I just popped in disc 1 of Lippy the Lion and Hardy Har Har and it played okay all the way through. Now to do the same with disc 2 soon! ~Ben

I guess until we do get something like this again, I may have to buy at least two copies of the same DVD. ~Ben

It may help to give her a picture of the cover of the version you speak of, for better clarification. That is what I did when I inquired to her about my Wally Gator set. ~Ben

I wanted to let you know Sherri finally got back to me regarding my defective Wally Gator DVDs, and she told me I should get my replacements sometime next week and to test them out. She also encouraged me to just destroy the old one without returning it. ~Ben

All was well with disc 1 of Wally Gator until the episode "Which is Which Witch?" at which point it froze up. UPDATE: Disc 2 won't play at all. Therefore, what would I do next to resolve this? I really want to contact Sherri Bogard about this, but she says I must dig up where I got it from...

I do hope everything will be resolved regarding this DVD/Blu-Ray conundrum! ~Ben
