if we can include deleted (actually extended) scenes, i'll say the awards scene from boogie nights. the one in the movie was ok, but the one on the bonus disc of the platinum series dvd is wonderful, it is among my very favorite scenes from any movie. CJ

another vote for donnie darko, and especially rushmore. its kinda strange that jason schwartzman, who played max fisher, was supposed to play donnie darko as well, but i think jake g did a better job than anyone else could have. anyway, rushmore's scene is made much better by the GREAT Who song...
