WTB: Older 5.1 receiver
Matt I can get you a Sony STR-DB940 for your price. It was my main HT receiver up until about 18 months ago when I upgraded to one with component switching. It meets all your requirements and I have the original remote and box. Not sure on the weight though, but I'd guess just under 35 lbs...- Chris Rosene
