Well, I know that the 100 Km/hr limit here is a little low-I'm sure that everyone could handle 120 without too much difficulty. The problem is that if the limit were 120, then everyone would drive 140, which is definitely unsafe. I'm actually surprised that they haven't done this on the 407...
