I am rarely a complainer in these forums, but this has been one hell of a slog. My order was placed and confirmed by Kino on 10/23. This past Sunday, 11/8, they notified me that it has been "approved for packing" ("we have accepted payment from your bank", etc.) ... and still nothing further...
