I totally forgot about FullMetal Alchemist today! I had to go order it. Crap! Otherwise that's about it all around. Queston: The Cat Returns is technically a sequel or followup film correct? What is the previous, asd was the same creative team involved? Was it worth watching? Is it available on DVD?
HAPPY HANAMI! Animenation is having a Bandai sale. http://www.animenation.com/red-hot-d...ndai-sale.html Some stuff pretty good, but if anything, the complete Jubei-Chan series is a must for anyone who loves wacky comedy series! And a Half-Off ADV sale too...
I really don't feel that Kite should be classified as Hentai. I bought this (although I don't have the Directors Cut, so I can't speak for that). I think it's really only classified as hentai since she's suppose to be very young, like 15 or 16 and there is a graphic intercourse scene involving...
Been watching Bakaretsu Tenshi (Burst Angel) here lately, it's also a Gonzo series. Overall, it's not bad, but kind of slow to get to the Meta-plot. Characters are good: girls with big...uh, Guns? Yes, Guns. Ultimatly, it's BGC wrapped up in a cowboy suit (and what a cowboy suit).
Has anyone checked out Bakuretsu Tenshi? I think it's called Burst Angel in English. It's been liscensed, but not released (5/10/05 - Funimation). It looks intruiging to me...Just curious. There was even a little flyer ad for it in the Full Metal Alchemist DVD
Wow, that is a wicked sale. Unfortunatley (or is it fortunate?) there is nothing that I need just now. I was hoping they had Azu Manga Daioh on sale, but to no avail.
I picked up Samurai Champloo on a blind whim. I hear that it's really pretty good, so I guess we'll see. Also watched the first disc of Twelve Kingdoms, that series is really shaping up to be incredible on a grand scale level-sort-of-thing. Also the first disc of Azu Manga Daioh that's pretty...
I am certainly not a FLCL fan. Just didn't like what I saw. Oh, and in Response to the article that Tony-B posted:
Yeah, okay...That certainly happens to the best of us:b
The kakashi ep. had its moments, but still, I felt it was a little out of place, and very close to the last filler episode we had at the hot springs. I understand that it is all in fun but Sasuke was really out of character for that ep, IMHO.
Naruto Fans: What's up with the last couple of episodes? The Kakashi's Mask Ep. was totally lame. I'm more interested in the Rock Lee story at this point, but keep getting thses filler non-manga stories.
yeah, the slayers discs (as with a lot of CPM) have all that listed on the reverse of the cover. I had to replace my entire Slayers and Lodoss Wars:COAHK series' cases with transparent cases because I can't deal with that.
I regret to inform that I can't agree. I would love to support anime in theaters, but since I am an Anti-dub, I can't deal with the english language being spoken over the original character actors voices. Plus, stuff like Spirited Away, was released in the theaters here two weeks before it was...
I do, but I haven't watched this weeks episode yet, although I will complain about last weeks totally pointless, not-in-manga, not really even funny random episode. But the one hour episode before it Ruled!
Can anyone tell me where to get a Subbed version of the Berserk series that includes ep. 26?, or even just a copy of ep. 26? I'm pretty sure that one was mad, just not released in the US that I am aware. Maybe that could be clarified as well.
I quite enjoyed Love Hina, even though I can agree that the episodes and jokes got a bit repetitive. I love the smooth animation, the art style, and the characters (Kitsune esp.), plus random panty shots are never a de-incentive to watch anything.;)
I hate to inturrupt any discussions currently going on, but I have a post about DTS Problems with Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. If any of you have had problems, or have comments, please refer to my thread: DTS Problems with Ghost in the Shell Thank you
