I like that (top posting). It drives me nuts if it isn't that way. But like Kimmo described, I do a lot of short, back-and-forth, emails. So it's convenient to have the new message at the top.

Yeah, you can export any of your mail folders, contacts, etc. to a file and then move that file to your laptop and import it. It's under FILE then IMPORT EXPORT

Ron, Outlook does have a stationary function. It's under TOOLS, OPTIONS, MAIL FORMAT I use Outlook from my Office XP Pro Suite. As for catching viruses, I use Avast! and it integrates just fine with Outlook. If an email tries to come in with a virus attached, it alerts you and gives you...
