I have read that the the 3D is marvelous. So I just broke my own rule about these Disney live action remakes and ordered a copy. :popcorn:

That is a funny video, but oddly enough it basically sums up the reasons just why I can't stand all of these live action remakes. Money makers for sure, but a tragic trend in current cinema.

I have to admit this does look better than I thought it could be. I just hope the success of this draws more attention to the animated classic film. I was hoping for a 4k disc of the original, but so far I have not heard anything. I still think it is a tragic shame we never got a 3D...

Aladdin is in my top three Disney movies of all time, but I will not see this. I know these live action adaptations are popular money makers, but to me they are sacrilegious. In my world a timeles, animated feature that is highly regarded should remain as such.
